Temporary jazz and permanent rock & roll down in a crucifix’s grave, all 6 feet down under
It’s where the sun don’t shine and the maggots don’t go, where you go also, to the rot I abhor
Like the elders, the ancients, the ancestors we’ve evolved from and inherited their ethics sign
Good and Bad and Ugly for the triplets won’t allow One to rule the roost, it’s a matter of time.
Yes, now you know that this world is spinnin’ and wobblin’ around in circles, 365 every year
Rollin’ around the ecliptic like it’s nobody’s business, a direction caught in the gravity’s pull
Truth and Justice are the mythological pablum of mytics and the fools who follow the beer
Or the whiskey or the smoke, whatever is left after I drank all of the wine of the vine, no bull!
Peanuts and almonds, pistachios and mama’s apple pie, all there’s left of it all, heart attacked
Struggled to glide again, like mama and daddy said, fallin’ down don’t count on my old bones
I am still moving and won’t go back to being Unmoved until I am good and ready, shellacked
The only way I’m leavin’ this desert in the middle of an oasis, heaven and hell, I’m All, Alone.
